The cycle of replacement of wearing parts by Fast wire cutting machine 

1. Fast Wire cutting machine pulleys are recommended to be replaced every 6 months.

2. Wire cutting EDM machine bearings are recommended to be replaced every 6 months.

3. Wire EDM cut machine molybdenum wire guide is recommended to be replaced once every 6 months.

4. The conductive block of the Molybdenum wire cut EDM  machine  is recommended to replace one surface every 3 months.
