The latest system integrates an AR (assisted/automatic reference) function that streamlines machine referencing and positioning. Instead of time-consuming manual edge-finding and alignment routines, the operator can use the guided AR workflow to establish reference points quickly and reliably.
By automating the reference-and-positioning steps that traditionally consume a large share of setup time, the AR function lets skilled operators focus on programming and quality while the machine handles precision alignment. It is especially valuable when running multiple short jobs or when the same machine must switch frequently between different workpieces.
Full Five-Axis Control
The new control system natively supports five-axis motion control, coordinating the X, Y, U, V and Z axes for complex taper cutting and true four-axis/five-axis simultaneous machining. This is essential for modern dies and molds that demand angled cuts, draft angles and contoured geometries.
Five-axis capability, paired with the intuitive HMI, means operators can program sophisticated taper and contour work without needing a specialist to translate the geometry. Integrated, Fanless and Sealed – Oil Stays Out of the Control System
