DK77100 Fast EDM wire cutting machine

1. Excellent structural rigidity and stability
Fast Wire cutting EDM machine use high-strength cast iron (such as densely baked cast iron),

so that castings can effectively resist the cutting force, thermal stress and self-gravity generated during wire cutting.

2. Ensure long-term and stable geometric accuracy of Fast EDM wire cutting
Through advanced heat treatment processes (such as natural aging or artificial aging),
the residual stress inside the casting is completely eliminated.
This allows the castings of wire EDM cutting machine to maintain excellent dimensional stability
under changes in ambient temperature such as temperature difference between day and night,
seasonal changes, etc., ensuring that the geometric accuracy of the guide rail mounting surface and
work surface of the machine is consistent during the service cycle of several years or even decades.
